2026 Summer Internship Program

Equipping Farmers International and Empower School and Farms will be offering our second annual internship program from May 11 to June 5. The first two weeks includes practical ministry/mission training. During these two weeks participants will interact with experienced missionaries over topics that include living cross culturally, team dynamics, introduction to language acquisition, community development, monitoring and evaluation, and savings groups as a ministry of the church. Week three will be EFI’s week-long training in International Conservation Agriculture, and week 4 will be reproducible well drilling training. 

 In addition, participants will have responsibilities of working on a farm, gaining experience in various forms of farming. The Internship program includes a strong discipleship component as well as a strong community component. Last year participants were from 5 different countries.
