Summer Internship 2027: A Unique Opportunity to Grow in Faith, Agriculture, and Global Mission
Every hour, 1,000 people die from hunger. Behind that statistic are families struggling to provide food for their children and communities searching for hope. Yet God is inviting His people to be part of His work of restoration by equipping farmers worldwide to feed their families, strengthen their communities, and share the Gospel.
At Equipping Farmers International (EFI) and Empower School, we believe that agriculture can be a powerful tool for discipleship. Through restorative farming practices and Christ-centered training, farmers gain the knowledge they need to improve their harvests while experiencing the hope found in Jesus Christ.
The Summer 2027 Internship offers a unique opportunity to see this mission in action. During four weeks in the farmlands of Umatilla, Florida, participants will explore how agricultural discipleship is transforming lives around the world. Interns will discover how God can use faith and farming together to bring lasting impact to communities both physically and spiritually.
What You’ll Gain
The Summer 2027 Internship is designed to equip you with practical skills, ministry experience, and a deeper understanding of God’s work through agricultural discipleship.
Participants will receive:
- An Accredited International Certificate in Conservation Agriculture (ICCA), providing valuable knowledge and credentials in sustainable and restorative farming practices.
- Practical Ministry Training that demonstrates how agriculture can be used as a platform for discipleship, community transformation, and sharing the Gospel.
- Hands-On Service Opportunities that blend faith and farming, allowing you to put what you learn into practice through real-world experiences and meaningful service.
